Twin Lakes Clinical Services are for adults with special needs who require specialized clinical services.
WHAT is provided?
Twin Lakes Clinical Services is a regional outreach service administrated through Bethesda.
Registered professionals provide:
- Specialized assessments including: psychiatric, psychological, social work, communication, and swallowing;
- A variety of treatment services including psychiatric and mental health care, treatment of a variety of traumas, swallowing/feeding interventions, communications supports and other interventions;
- Education and training in collaboration with other community supports to individuals, families, caregivers, and school and agency staff.

Dual Diagnosis Justice Case Management
WHO is this for?
Dual Diagnosis Justice Case Management is for individuals who have been found or suspected to have a special need as well as a mental health concern (including challenging behaviour) and have been or are currently involved in the justice system.
WHAT is provided?
Dual Diagnosis Justice Case Management is a regional service administered through Bethesda. It provides short-term intensive case management supports to individuals through:
- Consultations: to those who present within the criminal court to assist in the management and disposition of cases.
- Providing education about Dual Diagnosis to all parties involved (court personnel, families, etc.)
- Case Management: obtaining a suitable lawyer.
- Applying for Legal Aid.
- Acting as a liaison within the court.
- Obtaining appropriate assessments.
- Diversion: work collaboratively with community partners who provide support and monitoring of Mental Health Diversion.
- Release from Custody planning: obtaining appropriate housing, documentation, and/or income assistance, linking to longer term community supports.
- Preventative support (for those at risk of involvement in the justice system).
